SHIPPING

Shipping will be $7.00 via USPS Mail with tracking, and signature request on purchases over $700.  International and/or air request buyers can get a quote by placing your items in your cart through Ebay Global Shipping Program - Any issues, please contact us. Shipping and e-mail support occurs Monday through Friday as we are closed on weekends and/or on holidays unless special arrangements are made prior to purchase.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.

Upon receipt of payment, the item will usually ship the next business day or within 48 hours depending on the time of day the item was won and paid for.  We provide tracking information on all shipments.

Free local pickup is always available.

CUSTOMS

Foreign country buyers (Outside of U.S.A) will have to accept full liability if the package is lost in route.  WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEM WITHOUT TRACKING, WHICH USUALLY COSTS MORE. Also please do not ask us to adjust the declared customs value for a lesser amount as we will not do so.  A packing slip with the purchase information will be included with the item, and the customs forms will have the purchase price declared.  WE DO NOT REFUND LOCAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES INCURRED ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  FILE YOUR RETURN CLAIMS DIRECTLY WITH YOUR LOCAL AGENCY.

PAYMENT

PayPal and credit card payments ONLY are accepted.  Colorado (Boulder County) residents must add 8.64% sales tax.  Payment must be received within 2 days of close of auction or sale.  

RETURNS

Please ask questions before the end of the auction or prior to purchase if you have any.

Satisfaction is guaranteed or full purchase price is refunded (Minus any eBay or PayPal fees or shipping to destination unless there is an issue with either the item or the description, in which case we will reimburse you the original shipping costs) if contacted within 30 days of receipt and returned with same shipping method.

We reserve the right to re-list items if the successful bidder does not respond to a confirmation notice within 3 days or pay for merchandise within 2 days of close of auction or sale.
